Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to follow your order’s journey.

Alternatively, you can track your orders from the "My orders" page in your profile and then "Track Item". This will lead to the courier partner's tracking page, where you can enter the tracking number sent to your email/WhatApp.

Every Laazya product is carefully packed with eco-friendly materials in three-layer packing to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Return & Refund Policy

At Laazya, every piece you order is exclusively crafted for you. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the process by asking our skilled weavers to hand-weave the fabric, followed by careful stitching by our tailors. Each product is therefore custom-made and unique, which makes it not possible for us to accept returns or exchanges.

 

Before dispatch, every item undergoes a thorough quality check to eliminate human errors. After approval, your order is packed with three protective layers of sealing to ensure complete safety and prevent any damage during transit.

 

We request you to kindly review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Since each creation is tailor-made and represents weeks of artisanal effort, we seek your understanding and support in respecting this policy.​
